Today I reached a purchase agreement for my new home. Can you guess what I picked?
Naturally, I picked the place with the 2 car garage– the townhome. Actually, after thinking about it for awhile, I decided it was the most practical and would make me the happiest in the long run. One of the defining features of the place to me was that its essentially a loft?the ceilings are very high and open. For it being 1280 square feet, it seems much bigger. Oh yeah?its 2 bedroooms, 3 bath, and was built in 1999.

I still have to get the actual loan (I’m pre-approved for it, so hopefully it won’t be much more hassle), inspection, appraisal, and then the closing on Feburary 18th. Hopefully all of that goes smoothly and I’ll be in my new home soon.
