It brings me great joy to read about stories like this. I’m not big into politics, but a lot of the new laws which have been passed with the latest administration violate fundementals of the constitution. That really bothers me. I don’t have anything to hide, but I feel that removing any laws related to privacy or basic citizen rights are a huge step in the wrong direction.
Considering that in my small but diverse group of friends, a lot of them are not caucasian, the “suspected terrorist” clauses also bother me a lot.
