A few people from the R6MessageNet board and myself did a small group ride yesterday. It was a blast– the biggest group I’ve done any mountain riding with was two others previous to this. We ended-up with six people including myself in total.
We finally rolled out of Longmont sometime around 11:30, and headed up to Lyons, then went through Ward in route to Nederland which is known as “Peak to Peak”. In Nederland we stopped for fuel and lunch, and then came down the mountain riding through Golden Gate Canyon.
All in all, lots of cars were passed, lots of brake material was used, and we all had a great time.
