To continue on today’s trucking theme, I just happened to remember that Karl Malone is a truck driver in the offseason.
Karl Malone is a hard man, to keep up with these days. He is not traveling the globe as he did last summer as part of USA Basketball’s Olympic gold medal winning ‘Dream Team’. Instead Malone is shifting gears on America’s highways as a lead driver in his own Utah based trucking company.
This article about it is pretty old– I wonder if it still holds true?

Apparently Karl got out of the trucking business a while back:
“Karl’s been getting out of the business aspect — wisely,” said Malone’s attorney J. Randall Call. “He realized with the trucking company that it was more of a headache than it was worth.”
Well, it was fun while it lasted.
Is there any way at all that I can contact Mr. Malone via e-mail to enquire about his trucking company of old? Maybe there is a third party to speak with?
