From this song and a couple of others I’ve heard off of the upcoming album, it sounds like Trent is going for a more natural sound, but is still unmistakeably Nine Inch Nails. Even the video is like this– it’s very low key compared to some of the past efforts for sure.
I’m actually a little excited for this one.

Yeah, I’m looking forward to it as well, but I haven’t had any beef with any of their albums really. Then again I’m a fan of Industrial in general as it is. I have an appreciation for the various things they’ve done in past albums, but I’m looking forward to the more “organic” sound which this album seems to have.
Hell yes, I’ve been waiting for this one for years. I also heard “The Line Begins To Blur” and it is also very good. I think this album is going to be worth the wait!
