What did paypal have to do with anything? After placing my order using a difgferent credit card, I tried, for over 20 min. to find a phone # for a real person, unsuccessfully. Mu "converstion" with Sarah' was a farce, trepetitive to the nth degree. I finally went back to a search engine and kept going till I reached someone in the Phillipines. app,I had used paypal once, in 2002, so they rejected my CC in 2011!! Lousy people to deal with.!!!
